Trevor has spent the last 20 years working in the Franchise Industry.

He founded Home Instead in the UK, became Chair of the British Franchise Association and is now co-founder of Rise, the only sports franchise of its kind, which has won multiple awards and is making made a difference to thousands of people across the UK.

Home Instead grew to revenues of £100m PA, won the Queens Award for Innovation, and had an excellent reputation for both quality and franchisee Satisfaction. Trevor was a master franchisee, purchasing the UK rights from Home Instead Inc, so also has experience of being a franchisee as well as franchisor.

He was also the initial angel investor in Workbuzz, the leading provider of franchise satisfaction surveys in the UK.
