My expertise as a Franchise Consultant allows me to provide valuable insights and strategies for businesses looking to establish or grow their franchise operations. With a focus on both the UK and international markets, I have served as Head of Retail and Franchise, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Working in a Business Development Manager for the North, Scotland, and Northern Ireland role in the care at home industry has enabled me to support franchisees in a different way within a different sector and with different challenges.
