Swimtime is one of the largest independent swim schools in the UK.  The brand has experienced significant change since 2016 - new ownership, digitisation, new people, and processes and Rachel has been leading the way throughout.

Rachel has extensive experience at senior level in both the world of financial services, and the franchising sector, having managed senior teams, project managed acquisitions, consolidations to reduce costs and introduced new technology.  Rachel is also a board member of the British Franchise Association.

As MD, Rachel now leads Swimtime in supporting franchisees, building the brand and expanding internationally, remains her goal.
