From been a franchisee/licencee of telecomms/healthcare/restaurants company's to founding and operating his own cafe & restaurant Franchise for the last 10 years. The Pantry Cafe & Restaurant which Paul founded and operates is one of the fastest growing franchises in Ireland, winning back to back 'best emerging franchise' at Irish franchise awards 2023 and 2024. Paul also holds a Degree in marketing and masters in Business.
