Mike Broad is the Head of Franchise Support at Pitman Training. 

With over fourteen years of franchise experience, successfully building franchise businesses in the UK and internationally, both as a franchisee himself and now in franchisor management, he has worked across a variety of franchise brands including Pitman Training, Venture Photography and Stagecoach Performing Arts.

Currently working alongside the Managing Director of Pitman Training, Mike has helped transform Pitman into the UK’s top adult education franchise by developing innovative tools and systems franchise partners can utilise to drive enrolments and excel in product delivery. 

He brings a unique perspective and understanding of how to work within a franchise model and what it takes to be successful.

A qualified Franchise Professional, Mike regularly features in the franchising press giving opinions and commentary on the franchising sector.
