Lucy has a wealth of experience in franchising and home care, with a strong track record of supporting businesses to thrive and guiding them from pre-start through to scale.

Prior to Right at Home, she enjoyed notable successes in the ‘For More Than Profit’ arena where she supported businesses to not only secure significant investment and drive profit, but also to make a genuine difference.

Since joining Right at Home in 2015, Lucy has played an instrumental role in the growth and development of the organisation. Under her leadership, Right at Home has scaled to over 80 franchise locations and secured multiple awards in both the Home Care and Franchising arenas; firmly establishing the brand as one synonymous with quality and trust.

Lucy also sits on the board of the Homecare Association, where she is proud to play a part in influencing the necessary sector specific change.
