Lisa is the COO for Trafalgar Education (Stagecoach and Drama Kids) with over 20 years leading operational business functions, an MBA and, a QFP from the British Franchise Association. She specialises in franchise operational systemisation, processes and cost savings, and replacing challenges with solutions.  Prior to joining Trafalgar Lisa ran her own children’s theatre company, and worked for brands such as Platinum Property Partners, working her way from Operations Manager up to Managing Director, and Shuttercraft, where she was Head of Franchising. In her spare time, she runs a cake business and is founding director of an adult theatre company.
