A Fulbright Scholar and former U.S. Military Intelligence Officer, Lauren built an operationally critical app that remains in use by the U.S. Army today. She later managed digital product at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), helping global enterprises unlock the power of emerging technologies.

Today, Lauren is the Founder and CEO of Shareback, a VC-backed AI company helping franchisors and multi-location businesses operate with greater consistency and efficiency. Her platform transforms static SOPs and training manuals into intelligent agents that guide teams in real time.
