Kat Penn is the founder and director of pop singing children’s franchise, VoxFresh. Having studied singing at degree level Kat’s passion had always been working with young people. Over the years of being a vocal coach, this passion focussed on the mental health and wellbeing benefits that singing in a group could bring to an increasingly struggling generation. The growth of VoxFresh when returning after the pandemic got Kat listed as one of the Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs to Watch 2022 (NatWest and the Telegraph) and from there it’s been an exciting journey leading to the franchise launch of VoxFresh in June 2023. Kat also launched a charity, VoxThrive, to enable other young people to access the health benefits of music in general. Kat can’t wait to continue this venture and all the learning that comes with both the children’s activity and franchise industries.
