With over 12 years of experience as a senior executive and board member, Julie is a franchise leader and innovator who has successfully matched brands with franchise partners, delivered strong corporate results, and reversed inefficiencies across international and UK markets. She is currently the Head of Franchise Development at Kaspa's Desserts, a fast-growing dessert chain with over 150 outlets in the UK and Europe.

Julie applies a highly developed commercial focus and a flair for building teams to achieve world-class standards, customer satisfaction, and profitability. She combines curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking to explore opportunities and challenge the status quo. She leads diverse cross-functional teams with an innate ability to read individual motivation, skills, and strengths, while empowering and inspiring others to excel and realise their potential. She values and enables colleague contribution, lifelong learning, personal development, and mentorship, and places an ethos of fairness and integrity front and center of all corporate vision and activity. She is also pursuing her MSc in Global Human Resource Management at Portsmouth University, enhancing her knowledge and skills in managing people and organisations in a global context.
