Grant Driver is a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Reputation, and has been with the business for over two years. Grant's role sees him managing and assisting accounts from various sectors to ensure their CX and customer feedback programmes are robust and successful, and the customers get what they need from the Reputation Platform. Prior to Reputation, Grant held a number of roles at Cloud.IQ across a near 7-year tenure, including Head of Customer Success. Grant completed his Bachelor's Degree at Liverpool John Moores University, and now lives in Cardiff with his family.
