Diljit started his journey in hospitality as a franchisee for Costa Coffee. By challenging the system, he has contributed to the growth of Costa’s franchise concept and became the largest UK franchisee and Chair of the Costa Franchise Association.

From his learnings, Diljit was able to become a shareholder of franchisor-led groups such as Kaspa’s Desserts, Doner & Gyros, Gangcha, and Goldex Gyms.
