Claire assists businesses with every aspect of franchising. This includes providing them with a clear route to market; helping to produce the key documentation and collateral they need to franchise their businesses and assisting with evaluation and reporting processes and procedures.

Since 1997, Claire has been involved with the inception and running of several, franchise related businesses. With an ongoing passion for helping people, in 2010, she established Extra Help, the home-help and domestic cleaning franchise network. Extra Help now has an extensive network of over 35 successful franchises running across the UK.

Claire is a qualified life and business coach and has a Grade 5 ILM Diploma. Alongside this, she is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner. Claire was the CEO of the Approved Franchise Association (AFA) which led to her becoming a Lifestyle Ambassador for the British Franchise Association (BFA) after the BFA acquired the AFA in 2021.
