Claire Munday is the creator and founder of the multi award winning brand, Tappy Toes, a baby and toddler dance franchise in the UK and UAE. Classes can be found in over 100 locations. She is also the founder of Performing Arts School, Rise Studios, which was founded almost 20 years ago. Claire was a finalist in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2023 and winner of Best Franchisor in the Virtual Franchising awards 2023, sponsored by Barclays.  Claire founded the Tappy Toes business with a £250 loan from a friend to trademark then name! It has since grown to be one of the leading dance brands for children under 5.
