She focuses on franchise and business law, assisting franchisors in expanding their networks across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. She drafts and negotiates master franchise agreements, area development agreements, and franchise contracts, always seeking innovative solutions for sustainable growth.

A sought-after speaker at international franchise conferences, she shares insights on cross-border expansion and best practices. She has been interviewed by various media outlets and regularly publishes on franchise law. To strengthen her negotiation skills, she completed Harvard’s Negotiation Mastery Course.

Me Alepin is the first attorney in Quebec to earn the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation. She also developed Franchies.com, a confidential platform for franchise transfers. Currently training as a trademark agent, she continues to support franchisors with both legal and strategic guidance.
