Introduction

Expense Reduction Analysts (or ERA) is a white-collar international franchise organisation focused on delivering cost savings to businesses across a complete spectrum of industries and sectors, for more than 30 years.

Our international network consists of more than one thousand people who are responsible for acquiring new clients, generating new business, and delivering cost saving projects.

We have approximately 70 full time staff around the world offering support services in terms of marketing, operations, IT, training and business development to our network of franchisees.

Our company mission is focused on delivering cost savings using our time-tested methodology, which helps our clients to improve their cash flow and financial flexibility, so they can reinvest in their future success. Whilst reducing costs is a core component of what we do, our industry specialists look at virtually everything, which enables us to improve processes and increase efficiencies in a huge variety of ways.

Our business model operates on a contingency basis (“no savings, no fee”), meaning we only take payment when we can provide savings and our fee comes directly from the savings we generate, which essentially means there is zero financial risk and no up-front costs involved in engaging with our business (clients do not need a budget to begin working with us).
