Right at Home's one-team culture is most evident at our Annual Conference, this year held at beautiful Mottram Hall in Cheshire. Our franchise network and National Office teams came together for two jam-packed days of shared learning, networking and collective celebration. The theme of this year’s conference – Going for Gold – was inspired by the Paris 2024 Olympics, with the focus on not simply achieving a specific end goal, but considering the journey it takes to get there.
