Taking over Floozie Cookies’s first franchise is HSD Capitol led by Harnek Dharar, a young entrepreneur who comes from a family with years of experience in operating franchise stores. The move follows the remarkable success the brand has achieved in Covent Garden since Chef Kimberly Lin launched it in 2020. Operating from a food truck space in Bicester Village, the franchise marks the first UK Floozie Cookies opening outside of London. Occupying a space that has a high footfall of shoppers, Floozie Cookies Bicester Village will provide visitors with plant-based coffees and a range of seven flavours of cookies plus a rotating monthly special, ideal for on-the-move consumption. Floozie Cookies was founded in 2020 by renowned pastry chef Kimberly Lin, who honed her pastry skills in some of London’s most acclaimed kitchens, including Claridge’s, The Corinthia, and Dominique Ansel Bakery. The brand has previously expanded internationally in Dubai in 2020 in Expo City Dubai, and in Riyadh in 2023 at the iconic Kingdom Tower in the new dining hall destination Al Mamlaka Social Dining.
