We're delighted to announce that Billy Hutchinson, our committed Franchsie Partner at Ableworld Broxburn, has renewed his franchise agreement for the second time! Billy and his business partner, Robert McKenzie, joined Ableworld in 2019 after taking over the Broxburn store through a franchise resale. Despite challenges like Brexit, the COVID-19 pandemic, and government budget changes, they've driven an impressive 29.86% growth, transforming the store into a thriving hub for mobility solutions. 

Before joining Ableworld, Billy and Robert were service engineers, specialising in hospital and care home equipment. Their firsthand experience with the growing demand for home mobility solutions inspired them to join the Ableworld Franchise. They were drawn to its proven business model and strong support network, which offered a clear path to success compared to starting a business independently.

Billy reflects: "The training and support from Head Office covered every aspect of launching and managing our business. Shadowing engineers helped us gain the qualifications to install and repair stairlifts. With no retail background, we had a lot to learn, but we felt confident by launch. It's been hard work but incredibly rewarding knowing we're making a real difference every day."
