Joel started his business career early at the age of 12. By 14 years, he'd produced a show that raised £10k for the Parry Charitable Foundation and a year later he launched Make Believe, literally a one man band which has become an international brand offering high quality performing arts education to thousands of young people.

Joel has produced numerous productions in and around the West End and has secured contracts for clients in major shows such as Thriller Live, Pricilla Queen of the Desert, A Dolls House and Lord of the Flies. Joel’s Talent Division now works with brands such as coca-cola, Tesco and Pampers and most recently secured the part for one of their clients as the child lead in the Ridley Scott Hollywood blockbuster ‘All The Money In The World’

He has proved that a combination of creativity, belief and hard work ensures success as he continues to develop Make Believe into one of the UK's most exciting performing arts companies.

Make Believe now boasts 45 plus schools in the U.K. and Australia, a critically acclaimed production company, talent agency (MB Talent), events division, retail business and franchise network.
